Demonstration Saddles - terms of service
This Agreement is made between Equiverse Pro and the client and is approved and signed before demo saddles are shipped.
The demo saddle trial period to be no more than one week (7 days) upon receiving the saddle. The saddle should be posted after 7 days of trialing the saddle and Equiverse Pro should be notified of the shipment. The saddle should be sent using a recorded, tracked service. We recommend using DHL as they offer competitive rates and a fully tracked service. All trial-saddles not posted/shipped after 7 days will be assumed to have been purchased, and the customer will be charged in full.
All customers agree to return the saddle in the original packaging and provide proof or a tracked or recorded postal service on the day of shipment. Customers are responsible for the cost of the returns.
SADDLE CONDITION
Saddles must be returned in the condition that they left Equiverse Pro in.
Any damage will be appraised by Equiverse Pro and where possible, repairs will be charged to the Customer. For irreparable damage, the customer agrees to purchase the saddle. It is the customers responsibility to identify any existing damage and notify Equiverse Pro, who will record it.
